FM Sudafix is a Worldwide Lightning Protection and earthing systems specialist and was originally founded in the county of Derbyshire in United Kingdom in 1993. The company was privately owned until 1999 when it was sold to an American electrical company. The company became under sole British ownership again in 2007 and the FM Sudafix brand name was officially launched at the Dubai Middle East Electricity Exhibition in February 2008 with a huge amount of Lightning Protection and Earthing Systems publicity in the British manufacturers pavilion.
