An independent design partnership with a strong background, experience and understanding of the demands for all types of commercial and domestic interiors projects, creating practical creative solutions for a diverse client base.  From one off furniture pieces and retail merchandise units to complete interiors, we can work at all levels to deliver our clients requirements. 

Based close to London in Rochester, Kent, we are well placed to work throughout the UK and Europe and have carried out many rollout programmes Nationwide.  New technology forms an important part of our design studio with latest CAD and 3D Revit systems, providing not only the technical backup that we require, but creative computer rendered visualizations, animated walk-through and fly-over presentations of our design work.  The more traditional skills of hand drawing and sketching still remain a necessity in the imparting of our creative ideas to our clients, which they greatly value.

Most projects we work on begin life as a Concept Design which we have translated from the clients brief.  Working closely with our clients we develop these Concept Designs further to fully meet their requirements and produce design details and a outline specification package, this enable us then to establish a project budget cost plans for the project.  Once project budgets have been agreed we would then continue with generation of full working drawings and a full specification of work which would be issued for Tender.  On the client’s agreement of Contractors and Suppliers costings for manufacturing and site work, we can then undertake a supervision or project management role for the project through to completion.

Whatever project we undertake we have flexible fee structure to enable clients to engage us within a staged framework, this is clearly defined as to our scope of work and the associated costs of fees prepared as a proposal document.  This is carried out on an individual bases following an initial meeting and discussion with clients about their project requirements.  Please contact us to find out more.
