Services

• ELECTRICAL ESTIMATING
• MECHANICAL ESTIMATING 

      Either a full takeoff of electrical or mechanical, plus combination of electrical & mechanical estimates are available, or just a material takeoff for you to price in-house. 

• QUANTIFIED SCHEDULES OF RATES

      Once a tender has been submitted and won, this can be prepared and submitted in various file formats to suit your needs.

• VARIATION MANAGEMENT 

      All variations to contract priced using the quantified schedule of rates previously submitted and would be logged and agreed with the client/QS. Also to avoid shortfalls in payments and ensure a true final account value a projected final account figure would be monitored throughout the project. 

• SITE SURVEYS 

      Site survey can be required at tender stage and a full report c/w digital images can be submitted along with our tender.

• PRE & POST CONTRACT MEETINGS

      We can attend any pre or post-contract meetings with the client/contractor to answer any questions relating to the tender prepared.

    We use the very latest estimating software from the leading suppliers:

    500,000+ products, and all prices are updated on a weekly basis.

Enquiries

    During the preparation of your estimate, enquiries are sent to the specified manufacturers and to the suppliers and subcontractors of your choice.

Labour

    We use industry standard labour installation times, but we can customise these to suit your needs if necessary.

    Preferential discounts are averages, but can be customized to meet your needs.

Costing

    Estimates can be returned at prime cost, or we can apply your labor rate prelims and mark-ups to achieve a total tender price.

Quantified Schedule of Rates

    Fully detailed Quantified Schedule of Rates would be supplied in electronic format.

    Full QS service is also available to prepare and agree all variations contract and applications for payment.

Delivery

    Estimate documents can be returned to you in a variety of formats, for instance:

    We can offer either a local collection and delivery, or a first class postal or courier service.
