Health and Safety legislation requires every organisation to maintain a safe working environment and the racking user is required to have an auditable process by which the racking is regularly inspected and any unsafe locations completely isolated from service. These locations should only be returned to use on completion of a certified repair.
RackCare provides simple scheduling of the Inspection intervals and the accurate recording of any unsafe locations identified. These locations are isolated through controlled notification procedures with the WMS (Warehouse Management System). The release [following repair] is controlled by the unique RackCare tag token mechanism. RackCare provides a full audit trail from any damage being initially logged through to its safe release.
