A wide range of infrared Gallium Arsenide and Gallium Aluminium Arsenide emitting diodes at 940nm and 880nm is offered by Kodenshi. Styles include industry standard such as 3 mm, 5 mm and TO18 package, as well as very compact package styles for use where space is at a premium. Also available are LED versions with either very narrow beam angles or parallel beam output. Devices with very high radiant power outputs and high speed leds for communication applications are also available.
