Anyone can call a house "Swedish". But very few timber-framed houses are the genuine article, actually made in Sweden. So if you're considering building your own home, its important to understand why having a home made in Sweden makes sense in the UK. The fickle British weather makes building a house a wet, windy, time-consuming process. Normally British houses are built very slowly in all weathers taking months to dry out and settle. All our houses are painstakingly constructed indoors in a climate-controlled environment by highly trained Swedish craftsmen. Our Swedish carpenters then erect the frame with windows and external doors already factory installed. It can take as little as 3 to 4 days to erect.
