Renotherm is a spray-applied polyurethane foam which, when applied to the underside of a roof, bonds slates and tiles to each other and to structural and supporting timbers to replace the anchorage of fixing nails. It permanently cures the problem of nail fatigue, insulates the roof and makes it much more resistant to storm and impact damage.
Renotherm has been used in tens of thousands of homes and commercial properties over the last thirty years and carries a 25 year guarantee. It was the first system to be awarded a British Board of Agrement Certificate, now on its fourth issue. Renotherm is used in the domestic and local authority sectors and that today it is widely specified by architects and consulting engineers.
