Our on-site machine tool calibration service is fully UKAS accredited utilising state of the art laser interferometers, coupled with our own calibration procedures and in-house software. Automated generation and download of compensation data ensures minimum downtime with best possible accuracy being achieved. Measurement of linear, angular and rotary positioning as well as indexing can be performed using our bespoke software - Calsure - which is also available to machine tool builders and large machine shops for their own internal calibration activities.
