Wetherby Building Systems Ltd specialise in the manufacture and distribution of a wide range of insulated render systems, polymer cement renders, silicone & acrylic thin coat renders, brick slip systems and GRP canopies. Twenty years ago, the installation of external insulation in conjunction with a decorative render facade on buildings was still very much in its infancy in the UK, despite being used extensively in Europe. However, changes in Government legislation such as the Decent Homes Standards and Part L of the Building Regulations, have significantly increased insulation standards and demanded more innovative solutions for both new build and refurbishment of residential, commercial and public buildings.
