.'Build-to-Print' sub-contract manufacturing of pcb's, metalwork, cable assemblies etc. ITE has built up a network of trusted, competent, high quality suppliers to cover the range of services offered. ITE has extensive Project Management experience in this area. ITE is looking to overseas manufacturing supply for volume production of its own Products to maintain a competitive advantage.
.Semiconductor Test related interface Products. The products are used primarily in the electro-mechanical connection of the ATE to the DUT. Products include a modular signal transfer assembly (POGOit), a universal signal transfer holder that mounts the POGOit Products safely and accurately into a wafer prober. This ensures correct signal transfer between the ATE and the probecard. DOCKit products enable the accurate alignment and mechanical clamping of the testhead to the capital equipment that handles the DUT. This could be a wafer prober or device handler. The DOCKit products use a robust connection scheme that links and synchronises cams that provide the clamping force. DOCKit also uses composite material technology to reduce the weight and increase the stiffness. This is a clear differentiator to our competition.
