Kye has over 22 years experience working in housing, the majority was spent as Director of Development for several Housing Associations. He has worked in both the public and private sectors throughout and now provides Development and Environmental Sustainability Consultancy.
Kye also had the pleasure of working on several eminent consortia projects where environmental sustainability was high on the agenda, delivering mixed tenure homes at Greenwich Peninsula, Imperial Wharf, Greenwich Millennium Village, and Barking Riverside plus many other complex S106 developments.
Kye designed and developed an award-winning Environmental Management System. This enabled the first and only RSL in the country to be accredited with ISO 14001:2004, he now offers others the opportunity to do the same simply, affordably, and quickly.
