Rapid Prototyping
Linmech Technical Solutions Ltd continually invests in innovative facilities, and as such, we have access to all the latest rapid prototyping software. We cover everything, from sterolithography, selective laser sintering, thermojet moulding, vacuum casting and CNC machining, to full 3D CAD file conversion, model finishing and painting. After we complete your 3D CAD file conversion, we aim to have your plastic prototype finished in around 4 to 6 days. |

Product Development
Even if your idea begins life on the back of a napkin, we can take your concept and turn it into a solid model. We
don't waste your time or money on graphic designers who produce pretty images of your product
- no, we get the job done. We assess the manufacturability and practicality at a very early stage, and after it has been cleared, we produce high quality images using our advanced rendering software.
We'll then go ahead and make a solid model to test functionality and aesthetics. Once a solid or surface model has been produced, we can gather information to perform any FE analysis or simulation.
