The Priden Engineering Group is divided into four main departments, and as a whole we can offer a full range of products to meet all your commercial vehicle requirements:

All of our departments have experienced sales teams and design and project engineers who utilise the latest in computer-aided design and drafting systems to custom design solutions to our customers’ transportation and processing requirements.
Our engineering staff operate from our state-of-the-art facilities that include two factories totalling 19500 square feet. We continually invest in the latest technology and increased production capacity, and today we have a purpose-built workshop comprising fabrication and assembly areas as well as testing stations and a fully equipped machine shop. Our 2.5 acre site has a secure compound with 24-hour security and video surveillance to protect our customers’ interests.
We offer a full range of stainless steel and aluminium products to suit all transport operator and application specifications. We can provide solutions for all your commercial vehicle and health and safety requirements.
We hand-build all our products to the highest of standards and to your detailed specifications, so you can be sure that the product will completely fulfil your requirements and match your application. We can provide a product to match any requirement.
A few examples of our products include light bars, spot lights, perimeter lights, air horns and similar accessories to fit all makes and models of vehicles. We stock and fit many large manufacturers’ products, including Bailey, Viking and Kelsa, and we can accommodate requirements for products that are not in stock.
We also supply and fit in-cab accessories such as refrigerators or microwave ovens that help reduce long-haul costs for drivers and operators.
Other products and services include the supply and installation of fifth-wheel and other coupling options from major manufacturers including SAF Holland, Jost and George Fischer. We can provide anything from fixed couplings to 80 tonne options.

We can manufacture a fuel tank to suit any chassis manufacture from our full range of stainless steel, mild steel or aluminium fuel tanks. We build all our tanks in accordance with EU regulations, and we can either supply them to you directly or fit them onto your vehicles at our premises.
We build all our tanks to the customer’s specific requirements. Aluminium tanks are built to order and normally take about a week to supply.
As well as the manufacture of new fuel tanks, we also offer repair or conversions of existing fuel tanks.

As well as regular fuel tanks, we also offer a complete range of stainless steel and aluminium combination tanks that will fit any manufacturer’s chassis.
Combination tanks can provide a dual solution to the limits placed upon operational requirements due to the smaller usable area available on today’s tractor units. We can provide combination fuel and hydraulic oil tanks, or even combination fuel and toolbox units.
We build each tank to the customer’s specification and in accordance with EU regulations. The normal lead time is one week from order date.
We also offer conversions or repairs to existing tanks.

We offer a wide variety of aluminium oil tanks to suit any application and capacity requirement. Our tanks are manufactured to customer specification, with a normal lead time of approximate one week.
Where applicable, we supply hydraulic oil tanks with stainless steel straps, rubbers and mounting brackets.

We can manufacture catwalks and chassis infill sections to suit any chassis and enhance the safety of the working environment behind the cab. As all catwalks and infill sections are built to the customer’s specific requirements, we are able to achieve any style or design.
Catwalks are available in a wide variety of materials and designs including stainless steel, mild steel and aluminium with anti-slip patterns. Catwalks also can be painted upon request.

We build and stock a wide range of aluminium and plastic storage and tool boxes. We can also build tool and storage boxes to customer specification in order to suit any requirement or chassis.

Our complete range of A frame solutions are designed and manufactured to customer specification. Built of stainless steel, mild steel or aluminium, Priden Engineering A Frame solutions can satisfy any transport requirement.
We also offer a full range of high level “Plug and Go” A Frames that provide the vehicle operator with easy installation while at the same time reducing coil wear between the trailer and tractor unit.
We can also use laser cutting technology to personalise your A Frames to custom match your company or vehicle theme.

Side-skirts create improved aerodynamics and decreased drag for lorries and trailers, thereby helping to reduce fuel consumption and associated costs as well as CO2 emissions.
We can provide plain aluminium or painted side-skirts to suit any model of chassis from all manufacturers. We can fit side-skirts to your vehicle at our premises or supply the side-skirt in the form of a kit.

We can offer an extensive range of customised or purpose-built exhaust systems as well as full exhaust systems by Eminox and Astra to suit all manufacturers and vehicle models.
We can modify the original manufacturer’s silencer box to create a vertical or side exhaust outlet. This enables us to design the exhaust to suit any requirement and removes the limitations of the larger “off-the-shelf” manufacturers.
Your exhaust shields or A Frames can also be personalised to your vehicle or company theme with our laser cutting technology.
