H&R ChemPharm UK’s operations are based at their Tipton, West Midlands site. The flexible, efficient manufacturing units are supported by experienced laboratory and technical service departments with fully accredited ISO9001 quality systems.
H&R custom manufacture and offer toll blending facilities for a wide range of industrial products. Whilst benefiting from onsite storage of a variety of oil, wax and chemical raw materials, in addition to our own group refineries, the flexibility of the Tipton site allows small batch utilization of a number of specialized heated and high shear mixing vessels.
Utilising the strengths of our parent company’s two refineries in Germany, H&R ChemPharm UK distribute a wide range of products either direct from the refineries or from bulk storage facilities located around the UK.
The range includes:-
Technical and pharmaceutical grade white oils
Process oils - including the next generation non-labelled process oils for the tyre and rubber industries
Slack waxes and fully refined paraffin waxes
Base oils for formulating lubricants.
The company manufactures and blends a wide range of oils and filling compounds for power distribution, telecommunications and optical fibre cable markets. The products, marketed under the world famous Dussek Campbell brand, are offered globally by our technically experienced sales force or via a network of agents and distributors.
Wax emulsions, manufactured in the Tipton plant, are widely used as hydrophobing agents in wood panel boards. Speciality emulsions can also be offered using a wide variety of hydrocarbon bases.
