Customisation Service

Most standard enclosures will require modification before they can be used, be it cut-outs for front panel furniture, screen printed customer logos or perhaps a drilling / cutting / milling operation.

Whether the modification to the electronic packaging is simple or complex, it makes good sense to have the required changes engineered by the original manufacturer. As a specialist supplier dedicated to electronics packaging, VEROTEC has the depth of knowledge to know what can and can’t be achieved, the design resources, manufacturing capability and logistics support to make it happen. VEROTEC's capability to customise components from any of its standard product ranges provides customers with a flexible, cost effective, one-stop solution and a reduced time to market.

System Integration

VEROTEC has designed and manufactured backplanes for many years and continues to integrate them into our packaging products today. Our extensive range of subrack products coupled with our in-depth knowledge of standard bus architectures such as VME & CompactPCI provides an excellent foundation for our integration services.

Our engineering expertise in thermal management, EMC and power conversion means we can meet the most demanding design specifications whilst rising to the challenges of modern day environmental issues.

Our fully equipped integration and test facilities are ESD protected with skilled technicians to provide a high degree of workmanship and quality. 

Contract Manufacture

Should you require an enclosure that does not fall within our standard range of products, VEROTEC can design, engineer and manufacture a special packaging solution for you. Using the latest in 3D Pro CAD software, we've worked with our customers to successfully bring to market a number of complex electro-mechanical products, some of which are shown to the right. Such products often require the integration of moulded plastics, metal castings, formed sheet metal and a variety of electronic components.
