Mattei’s range of rotary vane air compressors offers units from 1kW to 200kW (1.3hp – 268hp) with free air delivery from 0.16m³/min - 34m³/min (6cfm – 1,200cfm) and includes a solution for most clients requirements. The range will shortly be expanded with the addition of a 250kW (355hp) unit.
The Mattei range of compressors includes energy efficient compressors including the OPTIMA Variable Speed Drive and MAXIMA single stage low speed (1000 rpm) units.
Variable Speed Drives are not always needed to save energy. Mattei offers clients compressed air audits, including data logging, to identify system efficiency and air usage trends, enabling Mattei to tailor the most energy efficient solution for each client.
Mattei, with more than 85 years experience in the compressed air market, has been designing and manufacturing its own rotary vane compressors for over 30 years. This does not mean out of date technology, as Mattei continues to invest in research and development of its products, thereby ensuring that Mattei compressors continually evolve to meet the changing requirements of industry. Mattei compressors are designed to last and this makes them ideally suited to harsh and dusty environments as well as general industrial applications.
From its customer support base in Shipston-on-Stour, Warwickshire, Mattei Compressors Ltd offers ex-stock delivery on many of its compressors. Mattei has a team of experienced personnel, including strategically located technical sales and service engineers and offers professional service and maintenance packages for its own compressors and those of a variety of other manufacturers.
