CAD/CAM - if required we can accept computer generated drawings via e-mail.

Machinery

CNC Cutting
- cut up to 4 metres long in 8mm mild
steel or 6mm stainless steel.

CNC Punching
- up to 6mm mild steel and aluminium, 3mm stainless steel.

Laser Profiling
- We are able to cut up to 20mm mild steel, 12mm stainless steel and 8mm
aluminium.

CNC Bending
- Press Brakes - various machines, maximum 220 tonne, 4 metre length.

Notching, Rolling and Swaging
- variable angle notching and rolling capability to include tube section and angle.
Welding and Fabrication
WELDED
ASSEMBLIES - We have coded welders to BS EN 287-1 covering mild steel, stainless steel and
aluminium. Most materials using Mig, Tig, Spotwelding and Studing.
FINISHING - Removing oxidisation marks
/ reapplying the surface finish. Power Coating, Anodising and Electroplating can be arranged.
