Autopa Ltd is a specialist manufacturer and supplier of parking posts, barriers, bollards, vehicle access control systems, cycle racks and cycle shelters. Since patenting the original parking post way back in 1959, we have grown our portfolio to include a wide range of quality products in a variety of materials, colours and finishes – we even produce smoking shelters, benches, picnic tables and speed ramps! We use materials such as stainless steel and recycled plastic, while our mild steel products are galvanised to BS EN ISO 1461 standards and may be painted or powder coated in a broad selection of colours.

We provide the industry with a fantastic range of
retractable posts designed to prevent unwanted vehicle access in all kinds of
areas such as in front of shops, on car forecourts, in front of industrial
shutter doors and main access ways. Our range is available in various designs
and features a top flap which becomes flush with the ground when the post is
lowered. Examples of the range include:
RetractaPost-TL: sold secure gold and feature high security
10 pin lock, hardened security rings and internal core.
RetractaPost-GL: mid-range retractable post lockable by
seven pin anti drill centre push lock at the base. RetractaPost-GL Square also
available.
RetractaPost-GL life assisted: available with internal gas
strut to lift heavier posts.

We also supply various recycled plastic bollards. These high
quality fixed bollards are designed for use with pedestrian schemes, traffic
calming, highways and pavements, estates, car parks, pubs, hotels, leisure,
industry, commerce, public and private sectors. The bollards feature ground
fixing spikes to be cast into the ground and removable versions are available –
these are supplied with a galvanised ground socket and pin for padlock fixing.
The range includes: Diamond top recycled plastic traffic bollards, Chamfered
top recycled plastic traffic bollards, Domed top recycled plastic traffic
bollards, Hazard B recycled plastic hazard marker and Domed top – slim-line recycled
plastic traffic bollards.

We manufacture a fantastic range of seats and benches for
use in outdoor areas. Our range is available in various materials such as mild
steel, stainless steel and recycled plastic to suit customer requirements.
Examples of the range include: Rockingham seats and benches: steel seating designs available in a range of
finishes, Drayton seats and benches: sturdy models available in various
materials, finishes and colours and Caldecott seats and benches (metal or
recycled plastic): made from galvanised mild steel, painted black as standard

Our high quality litter bins are available in a range of
designs, materials and finishes to suit customer requirements. Our range
includes:
Traditional litter bins: manufactured from UV stabilised,
durable, medium density PE.
Modern litter bins: also manufactured from UV stabilised,
durable, medium density PE. The outer body of the bin lifts to enable removal
of the galvanised liner.
Square litter bins: steel, fire proof bins designed for
public areas with lockable door, metal liner and fixing bolts and optional ashtray
fitment.
Round litter bins: steel, fire proof bins with lockable lid
and metal liner with a standard liner for bolting down.
Flared top litter bins: open topped popular for use in
pedestrian high streets and schools.

We are pleased to provide the industry with a great range of
polyurethane tree grilles in various designs. Our grilles are resistant to
corrosion, rust, weather and degradation caused by street cleaning equipment.
Our range includes Vine tree grilles, Ivy tree grilles, Petal tree grilles,
Rose tree grilles and Sunburst tree grilles. These lightweight grilles allow
sapling to grow without their roots disturbing the surrounding pavement. Please

Our bow top fencing rails are widely used for children’s
play areas and retail parks with shrubs and housing developments for gardens.
They provide strong effective solutions and are supplied in standard panel
sizes of 2750mm although other sizes can be accommodated on request. Various
colour coated finishes and flat top version options are also available. Our
fencing is manufactured to BSEN 1176.1 and is available ragged for casting in

Our covered canopies and walkways range is a relatively new
addition to our product range and provides customers with stylish, functional features
suitable for various building types. They are manufactured from galvanised mild
steel and are supplied colour coated in different colours to suit specific
design requirements. Our walkways are free standing and roof cladding is
manufactured from clearview PET 5mm thick sheeting that is clamped in position.
Our canopies are wall and ground fixed for ultimate stability and PET side
panelling is also available as an optional extra. This range is designed to
BS5950 (Structural Use of Steel in Buildings).

We manufacture two types of teenage/ youth shelters: the
Wimbledon and the Hampton.
Wimbledon: the Wimbledon is a tough, robust and highly
versatile design suitable for installation in various environments. It is a
free standing modular design available in various configurations to suit
individual requirements. Optional colour frame and panels are available.
Hampton: the Hampton is a tough, robust design featuring a
frame and panels manufactured from galvanised mild steel as standard. It is a
free standing design with available extension bays if required.
Both models are supplied in kit form ready for easy on-site
assembly and installation.

Our smoking and waiting shelters are manufactured from aluminium
frame and feature PET glazing. Our smoking shelters are 50% enclosed and are
compliant with UK and Irish legislation while our waiting shelters are fully
enclosed and suitable for assembly/ installation in various environments. Our
smoking shelters and waiting shelters are available in a range of sizes to suit
individual requirements and are supplied with a powder coated finish, black as
standard. Other colours are available on request. Ashtrays are included inside
the smoking bays and perch benches are an available extra option.

The Autopa trolley shelter is designed to fit in a standard
car parking space and each single shelter is designed to house approximately 36
standard trolleys. The shelters are manufactured with a mild steel frame and
5mm thick clear PET sheeting that is supported each metre for ultimate strength
and durability. All steel parts are galvanised as standard to BS EN 1461: 1999
and feature adjustable flanged feet for bolting down. Back to back extension
bays are also available and colour coated finishes are available on request.

A selection of colours and finishes are also available. Our steel core bollards are the bollard of choice for retail parks. Stylish yet practical, these fixed bollards consist of a robust, self-coloured casing sleeve produced from medium density polyethylene MDPE. Also available are fixed and removable ornamental bollards which offer an attractive, safe and secure method of preventing unauthorised parking and access. This makes them perfect for pedestrian areas, play and parking areas, or as traffic calming measures.

Cycle stands and holders are suitable for one or two bikes, while the Sheffield toastrack design (a modular form of the Sheffield style cycle stand) can accommodate any number of bicycles.
