State of the art machine welding of all fluoropolymers - joints almost indistinguishable from the parent sheet. PTFE butt fusion welded up to 15mm thickness. PTFE and Gylon Gaskets welded from segments.
NDT services for lined vessels including spark testing and new reflected light examination of liner joints to detect lack of fusion. Acoustic emission (AE) testing of high integrity GRP tanks.
Complete supply package cabability including pressure vessel design with full PED compliance as required. QMS accredited by Lloyds to BSEN ISO 9001:2000.
