Our integrated CAD/CAM and Optimisation programmes ensure efficient cutting. All kits are, complete and ready to install, with edges preservative treated and paint sealed.
We can produce sub-assemblies to any level including fitting aluminium / rubber extrusions and catches. As well as bonding high pressure laminates and floor coverings.
Large stocks of specially treated plywood are always available including: Wisa-Finnish Birch plywood’s Xyligen GLA treated, Phenolic faced, Acoustic (with rubber membrane), Polypropylene and Thermoplastic coated. Our specialist scarf-jointing facility enables us to make 3m wide sheets to any length or thickness.
