Hills Panel Products Ltd specialises in the supply of quality components to the furniture industry. The company was established in 1991 and has expanded and developed largely over the years with more than 125,000sq ft of floor space spanning its two facilities based in Lancashire and Sheffield. Within our range of products are high quality boards, doors and fittings. All of our products are manufactured and processed by skilled individuals who have many years experience within the industry. Board

At the outset of the business in 1991 we primarily supplied high quality sheet material to the industry. We have since expanded our range to now offer more than 150 decors of products such as MFC (Melamine Faced Chipboard), MDF (Medium Density Fibreboard), HDF (High Density Fibreboard), and laminate. Our experience and knowledge of the industry has enabled us to build strong relationships with other key industry suppliers such as Kronospan, Egger, Fina and Sonae. These relationships enable us to meet most of our customers' demands however large or small they may be.

Doors

We supply a range of over twenty different door styles and finishes providing customers with a great scope of choice. We use the highest quality materials in order to manufacture quality doors. We continue to develop our machinery as technology develops and use state of the art equipment to produce products of the highest standard. Our doors are manufactured to individual specifications so that our customers have the flexibility when choosing sizes. Most of our range of doors come with matching backs, are backed up with matching sheet material, 'cut and edged' board, as well as a range of accessories.
