Dawson Precision Components Limited is a Precision Sub-Contract Engineering Company based in the Northwest, established in 1965, family owned and run. DPC specialises in producing components to customer specification for all quality driven industries including analytical instrumentation, gears, aerospace, medical, military, speed and condition sensors, fasteners, model engineering and Formula 1. Materials used include, stainless steels, mild steels, aluminium, titanium, brass, copper, macor glass, vespel, peek and a range of plastics including pvc, delrin, acetal, polycarbonate, nylon, perspex, acrylic and PTFE. We are BS EN ISO 9001:2000 registered and approved. We offer full traceability throughout production and can issue certificates of conformity and first article inspection reports when required. Quality is ensured through 1st off, mid-production and final inspection.
