We produce an exciting range of quality hand-made Tarts, Puddings and Cakes, Quiches, Hand Raised Pies and Multi-portion Pies. We supply hotels, restaurants and delicatessens directly or through selected wholesalers. We make to order only, thus providing the longest "best before" date.
We use fresh ingredients, the fruit, vegetables, meat, double cream and eggs, are sourced within the West Country where possible. No colourants or preservatives are added. Our Tarts, Puddings and Cakes are rich and generous. The 10½" diameter Multi-portion Pies are made with short crust pastry and our Hand Raised Pies with traditional hot water crust pastry. The various Quiches are deep and full of eggs, cream and milk.
The end product has to be seen and tasted; the most common phrase we hear from trade and public alike is “real food” and we are proud of the real food still produced by hand.
