The Plymouth Business Group is made up of local quality trades and services all based in Plymouth and the surrounding areas. All of the businesses selected strive to provide an exceptional personal and professional service at a very competitive price. Our network of sole traders and companies covers Plymouth, Plymstock, Wembury, Plympton, Ivybridge, Modbury, Tavistock, Torpoint and Saltash. The Plymouth Business Group was established in 2009 to help local trades and services succeed and develop by creating more business opportunities. Frustrated by the cost of marketing and advertising and support for my own business in the first 3 years I was not surprised that over half of new small businesses fail within 4 years for various reasons. During this time I have seen many small businesses that provide exceptional skills and customer services fail simply because they don't have the time or money to promote their business. This gave me the inspiration to set up a local directory for small businesses in the Plymouth area.
