and specialises in the supply of high quality pumps for all kinds of applications

Flux
Pumps
Our Flux range of pumps is available in a wide range of materials
such as stainless steel, hastelloy, aluminium, HDPE, and PP. They can be supplied
as pumps without seals or complete with mechanical seal and are available in 230V,
100V, air operated and with varying speed control. Our Flux barrel pumps can be
customized to suit the requirements of the individual customer and discharge connections
are supplied in a variety of sizes. Our common Flux pumps include Flux Pump Kits,
JuniorFlux Pumps, Barrel and Container Pumps, Flux High Viscosity Pumps, Flux Motors,

Container Pumps
At Castle Pumps, we supply a wide range of barrel pumps, drum pumps, and container

Drum Pumps
Our range of drum pumps and barrel pumps are made from quality materials such as
Aluminium, Hastelloy C, Polypropylene, PVDF, and Stainless Steel (available in lengths
from 500mm to 3000mm). Drum pumps are used to transfer liquid safely and efficiently
from various sized tanks and containers. They can be driven by a range of options
which include 110V, 230V, 380V, 50hz, 60hz, or air driven. Our drum and barrel pumps
can be supplied with Atex approval or hygienically approved.

Barrel Pumps
Barrel pumps, like drum pumps, are usually placed inside the container ready to
pump the contained fluid. The motor sits on top of the container where a trigger
nozzle can control the transfer of the liquid in a safe and efficient manner. Our

FLUX
FEM 4070
A new entry within our range of fantastic products is the FLUX FEM 4070 - Single
Phase Electric Motor. This compact model is electronically adjustable with complete
overload protection in all four speed ranges, has a motor with no-volt release for
safety, a 500 Watt electronic adjustable power pack with four speed ranges and automatic
filling process within defined flow rates in conjunction with FLUX flow meters.
The FLUX FEM 4070 model features speed range adjustment via touch button, low noise
level, favourable efficiency weight, and advance flow rate. The motor can be combines
with stainless steel, aluminium, hastelloy C, polypropylene and PVDF pumps.

Flood Box
Our flood emergency kits are affective solutions for people affected
by sudden flood water. The flood box contains the U 5 KS which features a high performance
motor, reliable pumping, a motor cooling jacket and a thermal motor protector to
enable continuous operation when the pump is not submerged, and a float switch fixation
for pumping down to the minimum of residual water. The box also contains 12.5meters
of fire house as well as a carrying cage that protects the pump against silting
and can be wall mounted.
To operate in an emergency, you simply place the pump on
the flooded area to pump the water out of the building via the fire hose.
