A-Strip Environmental LLP provides the following service proposition: Individual Projects: Initial concept feasibility costing guidance for asbestos surveys and potential removal/management of asbestos containing materials. Production of Type 1 2 and 3 asbestos surveys using UKAS accredited laboratories to identify asbestos containing materials. Pre asbestos removal soft strip (delicate) due to the proximity of the identified asbestos containing materials. Licensed asbestos removal and non licensed asbestos removal that will include independent UKAS accredited clearance / air monitoring before handing site back to client and or next stage contractor. Partnership arrangements with local demolition companies to provide for demolition and earthwork clearances.Skip hire and project management such as CDM co-ordination and preparation of the Health and Safety plan/file. All personnel are trained by recognised HSE training providers in the safe management and removal of hazardous "asbestos" materials. Maintenance/Management:Maintenance works that have asbestos containing materials identified within the scope of their works. (I.e. small works & day work), Plastering and drywall works, painting and coving reinstatement by fully trained personnel.Repairs and reinstatement of asbestos cement cladded buildings and garage roofs.
