We supply lubricants and chemicals in pack sizes suitable for marine, industrial and other maintenance requirements, with a main speciality in silicone greases and fluids.
While we specialise in silicone grease and fluid, we also supply other non-silicone oil-based fitting lubricants such as copper anti-seize and thixotropic temporary lubricant. The latter, which is widely used to facilitate component assembly in automobile production, has several advantages:
Our silicone fluid products include silicone gun oil, fishing reel oil, treadmill oil, and pipe-fitting oil for the joining of threaded flanged pipes. Available pack sizes include 225 ml, 500 ml, 1 litre and 5 litres.
Many of our products may be own-branded, subject to minimum run quantities. We also sell small plastic pots which we buy in bulk. These 5 ml, 10 ml and 15 ml containers have many uses including storage of small electrical and industrial components or cosmetics.

Our low viscosity pure silicone oil is the ideal lubricant for treadmill belts, although it is always best to check the treadmill manufacturer's information first to determine which type of lubricant they specify (ie., silicon fluid, wax or emulsion). We feel our silicone oil is superior to aerosols because they may only contain small amounts of silicon fluid, and they are not likely to have optimum viscosity for treadmill lubrication. We supply our low viscosity pure silicon oil in a variety of sizes: 225 ml, 500 ml, 1 litre and 5 litre.

We supply Copper Anti-Seize, a grease containing solvent refined mineral oil and additives that include copper powder and an adhesion improver, all thickened with bentonite clay. It provides very effective lubrication of threads, prevents component and assemblies from seizing up, and facilitates dismantling for easier maintenance. Although this grease is frequently used in the automotive trade as an anti-squeal agent applied on the back of brake pads, its primary application is in threaded steel components in which there gaps alternate between mating thread surfaces. The Anti-seize that is under pressure between the threads otherwise in contact with each other, forms a plastic gasket which reduces low frequency vibrations' ability to weld the component parts together through the breakdown of surface metal. At the same time, the Anti-seize in the alternating gaps prevents liquid and gas ingress and the corrosion that could result from that. We offer 5 g sachets of Copper Anti-Seize in quantities of 50, 100, 250, 500, and 1000 sachets.

Silicone greases, composed of polydimethyl siloxane fluids of various viscosities that are thickened with silica clays. Under shear stress, a temporary loss of viscosity, followed by viscosity and structure recovery is the quality that provides lubrication and protection from dust, moisture and chemical ingress. Our silicone greases are translucent white in colour, and are suitable for use with rubbers and plastics, as they have no adverse effect on elastomers and plasticisers. Their operating temperature range is -40 degrees C to +200 degrees C. All silicone greases have good dielectric qualities, and we can provide silicone E grease test results.

Our Silicone Grease Standard has excellent insulating properties and is suitable for the widest range of applications. It meets safety requirements for food and water, and has the ability to lubricate plastics, rubbers and other materials. It is used in plumbing on valves, taps and O rings as well as push-fit fittings, and in the automotive industry for steering, brake and transmission components. Silicon Grease Standard is also used in domestic applications such as sliding mechanisms in furniture drawers and uPVC double glazing. Silicone Grease Standard features the largest range of pack types we currently offer, available in both multiple and single quantities. Multiple quantities (minimums): Pots containing 5 ml, 10 ml, 15 ml, 20 ml in quantities of 100 Pots containing 30 ml and 60 ml in quantities of 50 7 ml sachets and 10 ml syringes in quantities of 50 125g pots in quantities of 25
Single quantities: Containers are available branded (from stock) or unbranded with own labelling, subject to minimum run amounts for labelling.

Silicone Grease E&V is stiffer in consistency than our Silicone Grease Standard. It is suitable for a wide variety of electronic and electrical applications. Its high viscosity also lends itself to use as a long lasting valve and pump packing lubricant. Other uses include the lubrication of moving parts in process instruments that operate under a wide temperature range, and as a lubricant for stopcocks and ground glass joints under high vacuum conditions. Silicone Grease E&V is a translucent, firm white paste. It has an operating temperature range of -40 degrees C to +200 degrees C, with a flash point greater than 300 degrees C.

Lubesetc Silicone Grease HT (High Tack) with its soft, tacky consistency is suitable for use with taps, valves and O rings operating under severe temperature and pressure conditions. It is also easily used in situations where smearing is needed; for example, on the zippers of diving suits. Silicone Grease HT is a translucent, soft and tacky white paste, with an operating temperature range of -40 degrees C to +200 degrees C, and a flash point greater than 300 degrees C.
