Select Moulds is committed to partnership working with product designers and moulders at all stages of the project, from initial concept, through tool design, manufacture, trials, and inspection and into production. Using the close relationship we have with our customers we have used early involvement in component design, concurrent engineering and modern manufacturing methods to reduce the time into production for new projects. Select Moulds continuous investment policy, keeps us up to date with modern technology, starting with the CATIA 3D CAD software (3D surfaces and solid modelling facilities) networked to the DELCAM CAM package and CNC production machines. The EDM department has manual and CNC machines all Charmilles. Through to CNC milling department with hardened machining.
