CRDM has been involved in the UK rapid prototyping and tooling community since 1995 and are an early adopter of rapid prototyping and tooling technologies that haven't received a wider public audience.
CRDM's Rapid-Tooling system is the only Direct Metal Laser Sintering (DMLS) service available in the UK. Producing inserts for plastic and wax injection mould tooling with an Accuracy of+/- 20 micron, the system produces 15-20,000 components, for prototype, pre or low-volume production. Lead-time 2-3 weeks.
