This non-hardening, non-toxic dark green paste has been designed specifically for ethanol blended gasoline, including E10 and E85. It provides a positive seal in pipe joints, threads, fittings, hoses, pump assemblies, nozzles, hydraulics, bolts, compressors, oil burners, engines, motors, couplings and fuel lines. Gasoila E-Seal Sealant is used on brass, copper, aluminium, stainless steel, tin and galvanised pipe. It has an incredible temperature tolerance of between -74°C and 318ºC (-100ºF to 800ºF), and can withstand pressures up to 10,000 psi when sealing liquids and up to 3,000 psi when sealing gases.

This golden brown paste turns a brilliant red upon contact with water, giving visible indication of water content in all petroleum and hydrocarbons, as well as nitric acid, sulphuric acid, hydrochloric acid, ammonia, soap solutions and various chloride solutions.
