Our HF high frequency motor spindles, are available with speeds up to 180,000 RPM, in sizes from 25 to more than 350 mm and power ratings from 0.1 KW to greater than 350 KW.
Small sized motor spindles, with speeds as high as 80,000 RPM, are in wide usage for milling, fine drilling, engraving, small part manufacturing and nano-technology.
High powered mid-range spindles, all with automatic tool change (ATC), are used in production machines as well as for cutting a wide variety of materials.
Large spindles are available in several motor specifications and in both AC and DC. They are typically used for production automobile and large parts, die cutting and heavy moulding.

Plug & Go machine tool spindles offer high power, high speed and excellent performance, and they can be changed in as little as five seconds. We have a range of Plug & Go spindles, from the lightweight air cooled HFK 95, the water cooled HFK 90 with a 220 V AC motor, and the powerful HFK 135. The HFK 135 is available from 24,000 up to 40,000 RPM and with 8 KW S1 power rating.
As Plug & Go spindles are available in all standard machine taper adaptors, they can fit your existing machine tool without modification, instantly converting it to high speed.

Machinery fitted with a toolchanger can be programmed to perform multiple operations without requiring an operator to manually change tooling. Our fully automatic toolchanger can be retrofitted to your existing machinery to provide you with more up-time and greater efficiency.
We offer a standard toolchanger with 8 to 16 tool pockets and integration to CNC control. We can also provide toolchangers for specialist and large tooling up to 250 mm in diameter and 500 mm in length.
Our toolchangers feature tool pocket detection to prevent misloading of tools, and a simple location system for easy installation and removal as manufacturing requirements change.
