The company has Three divisions: Main Contracts in the Healthcare, Education, Historic Buildings and Commercial sectors, including design and build.

New Build
- Our market sectors include schools, colleges and universities, healthcare and research, high quality houses, and commercial developments.
Design and Build
- A significant proportion of our design & build projects are procured on a negotiated basis, taken design development from inception to completion, managing the design team in the process.
Maintenance
- We offer a 24 hour 7 day a week planned and reactive building maintenance service on a Measured Term Contract basis to property services providers in Education, Healthcare, Utilities and Commercial sectors.
Refurbishment
- We carry out high quality refurbishment work, including re-arranging office interiors, bespoke laboratory upgrades in the research and development sector, school classroom improvements and improvements to Oxford Colleges residential accommodation.
Restoration
- We have been maintaining the historic fabric of Oxford since 1797, when Thomas Knowles took over the Oxford business of Townsend, the well known London builder.
