CNC Milling - Cad / Cam facilities for downloading direct to machines. Haas VF11 3.1 metre x 1.1 metre with 4th Axis & renishaw probing. Haas TM1
Vertical Boring Capacity - Up to 1350mm Dia x 1000mm height.
Vertical Jig Boring Capacity - Newal up to 900 x 630mm with milling facility (3machines)
Horizontal Jig Boring Capacity
- Devliegs up to 1.8 meters x 1.1mm height with quartering tables (2 machines)
Grinding Capacity - Jones & Shipman Surface Grinder 600 x 200. Jones & Shipman Universal Grinder up to 24" long.
Other Capacity - Small turning Capacity from 1off to 5,000 / 10,000 batches. Welding and small fabrication. Straightening - Mills Hydraulic 30 tonne Press. Saw & Bandsaw. Keyseating (keywaying). Honing. Full Inspection Department includes Faro Measuring Arm.
