Our VZero Series
has been designed specifically for use with inkjet curing applications. The
VZero is a compact, lightweight modular UV system available in arc lengths from
55 – 270mm and power outputs from 320 – 3,800 watts. The VZero comes with
various standard features such as ultra compact footprint, high intensity
reflector system, rapid warm-up and cool down, positive integrated air-cooling,
low voltage, extendable length power leads, plug and socket cabling and more.
Additional options include high speed low inertia shutter system, integrated
light skirt shield, quartz plate to isolate lamp airflow from inkjets,
ultra-light alloy construction for tracking systems, and a conveyor transport
system.

The SubZero Series
of high output UV curing lamps has been created specifically for inkjet curing
applications. This miniature range has arc lengths of just 25mm, 55mm and 85mm.
This innovative and advanced system is regarded as the most effective,
lightweight, high output miniature UV emitter available on the market. The
SubZero comes with various standard features such as ultra lightweight, high
intensity reflector system, quartz filter, quick change lamp cassette,
integrated light skirt shield, integrated air cooling and more. Additional
options include electronic power supply and electronic high performance
shutters.

The MZero Series
of high output UV curing lamps has also been designed specifically for inkjet
curing applications but as a step up from the SubZero range the MZero is an
ultra light-weight unit with arc lengths of just 5mm. It is ideally suited to
applications such as medium size printer/plotters and marking and encoding
applications that use 20mm inkjet heads. The MZero comes with standard features
such as high intensity reflector system, quartz filter, quick change
attachment, rapid warm-up and cool-down, extendable length, high-flex power
lead, integrated air-cooling, and one year integration technology warrantee.

The UV Power Puck®
II is a measurement device with advanced features for accurate results. With an
easy to read display, multiple use selectable modes and PC communications for
data logging and trending capabilities the UV Power Puck® is easy to operate.
It is available with EIT standard bandwidths, three operating or dynamic
ranges, setup function for user selectable instrument default modes for data
analysis and comparison, screen and operational settings, user selectable
sample rat, reference mode for comparison between readings, and a USB port for
easy download of data to computer.

The LEDZero
Solidcure is a lightweight unit with a high intensity output designed
specifically for the moving head inkjet market but increasingly being used with
applications in other market areas. The LEDZero features standard wavelengths
(385 and 395nm) and alternative output wavelengths (365nm, 375nm and 405nm) with
high intensity, replaceable LED modules, replaceable quartz front plate,
advanced cooling system to maintain array temperature, switch-mode electronic
power supply option and integration technology global support. The advantages
of the LEDZero are leading it to replace many conventional models already on
the market.

The LEDZero
Pincure is an innovative step forward for the integration of solid state UV curing
into high-resolution inkjet print engines. This model can initiate a
photochemical reaction with such precision that has not been possible with
standard bulb technology. Each droplet is frozen on the media as it is jetted
but with a surface energy tension that also accepts further droplets. This
process creates an effective colour ‘lift’ without any inter-layer adhesion
problems. Standard features of the LEDZero include 0.4W/ cm2 intensity, 395nm,
1 power supply that can handle up to eight heads, high flex cable up to 15m, and
80mm-5mm strip curing area.

The LEDZero VTwin
is the next step up from the LEDZero Pincure by providing twice the dose of the
Pincure unit. The VTwin is designed for demanding applications and can be
easily integrated into a seamless long line source for industrial applications.
It features high speed switching of the LEDZero VTwin array which allows switch
on and switch off in sequence with the application process to eliminate the
risk of stray UV light and unnecessary power consumption. Standard features of
the LEDZero VTwin include 0.75W/cm2 intensity (VTwin), 1.5W/cm2 intensity
(VTwin Plus), 395nm, high flex cable up to 15 meters, scalable up to 2,800mm
with additional bracket.

The LEDZero HiCure
is the product of more than two years research and development and provides users
with a cost effective system for single pass curing applications. This advanced
system delivers consistent light output mounted lengthways or crossways to the
material that is being cured. It features a new UV rich array that utilises a
special LED die emitting across a wide spectrum for greater choice of
chemistry. It is available as small as 35mm yet can be scalable by multiples of
35mm up to a seamless 2,800mm to suit different industry applications.
