We possess a large fleet of mobile and semi-mobile dewatering and thickening decanter centrifuge and filter press units that we use to process all sorts of materials, including chemicals, metals, pulp and paper, foods and beverages, pharmaceuticals, animal feeds, power and petroleum products, drinking water, and waste water. These units, which have throughputs ranging from 5-120m3 per hour, are available for hire with or without an operating team.

In addition to centrifugal thickeners, Euroby Ltd supplies innovative drum type sludge thickeners. The drum thickener has several inherent features, including a high hydraulic capacity, a high solids capture, low shear flocculation, low environmental impact, and minimal space requirements. They benefit from multiple zones created by annular discs that adjust to the outlet, enabling independent control of the sludge residence period for each zone – these can be fitted with different types of filter for the capture of different kinds of solids and liquids. Euroby supplies a range of filter press units manufactured by TEFSA. These are available in side bar and overhead designs, with a selection of plate types and materials to suit your application. There are also a number of sizes available, from small, manually operated 500mm units, to large, fully-automated 2 metre x 2 metre systems. Euroby also provides a spares and maintenance service, helping you to and extend the life and maximise the potential of your equipment. As the sole UK and Ireland Agent for Klinkau and Envirotech Filter Plates, Euroby is able to offer an exclusive, diverse range of polypropylene plates with standard recessed or membrane inflation. These may be supplied with cloth wash and cake discharge systems, as required. Klinkau and Envirotech filter press plates can be retrofitted into all makes of press, including those that are currently fitted with rubber steel plates. We provide them as a replacement or upgrade for end users.

Euroby supplies a high quality, purpose built conveyor system which, although primarily designed for the water industry, can transport most granular materials and types of cake. These conveyors have the option of a flat or chevron belt, which can operate at any user-defined speed using a remote joy-stick control. Swivelling wheels and hydraulically adjustable height controls make for an easily manoeuvrable system, allowing you to multi-task on-site.

Euroby has designed, developed and manufactured its own range of lime stabilisation systems, which can be supplied either as compact, self-contained units with built-in silo and mixer, or as individual components, depending on the set-up our customers require due to site constraints. An innovative weighing facility accurately measures the required amount of burnt lime to be mixed with incoming sludge cake. The lime is then automatically dosed out, ensuring the appropriate amount is mixed with the varying levels of sludge cake.
