Miniplas manufacture and supply plastic components to customer specification in quantities from 50 to 500,000, using all engineering and commodity plastics. The mould tools are made in our own toolroom equipped with CNC equipment and CAD/CAM, ranging from aluminium prototype to fully hardened mass production moulds. The mouldings are produced on modern microprocessor moulding machines up to 80 ton, producing components from 1grm (or less) to 120grms. We now have the in-house facilities to produce rapid prototype models in 2-3 days. For over 35 years Miniplas has supplied a wide range of industries from Electronics and Telecommunications, to Medical and Construction across the UK and Europe and also Malaysia, Hong Kong and the USA. Over this period, Miniplas has built up a wealth of experience in conventional moulding, Insert Moulding and Cable Overmoulding.
