Callestick Farm is an established Cornish brand, having produced our premium quality ice-cream and sorbet for over 20 years, our business continues to grow steadily due to a solid reputation for both quality and service.
Callestick has been farmed by the Parkers for over 50 years. We practice good animal husbandry and land management in the same way as the generations before us. This not only produces the best possible milk, but also is important in sustaining healthy biodiversity and protecting the beautiful landscape of Cornwall.
A small herd of Friesians are the source of the fresh creamy milk used for the ice cream. Callestick uses only natural ingredients and there are no compromises on quality. Alongside the farms own rich milk, we add plenty of double or clotted cream for a seriously creamy rich Cornish experience and the finest fruits and fanciest confectionary available. There is an unmistakable freshness of taste and clean palette to Callestick’s ice cream - no after taste as associated with many mass produced ice creams.
Through continuous development and market research we have created a comprehensive range, from the time-honored classics such as Clotted Cream Vanilla – a truly Cornish cone - to new and tempting combinations such as Butterscotch & Pecan, Lemon Curd and new for this year Eton Mess, we’ve got flavours to excite everyone. Callestick is available in a comprehensive range of both catering and retail packaging.
We use the latest production facilities and have achieved the Higher Level BRC Standard since 2006.
