We supply various high quality batteries
for critical power standby applications in the case of power failure. Our main
supplier of batteries is Yuasa but we also supply C+D Technology/ Dynasty batteries
and Hawker. We have many years experience in the industry which enables to
provide the most effective batteries for your application. We will design and
install bespoke battery installations to suit the source or size of your power
protection system. We recommend that batteries are replaced every four years for
optimum efficiency and we provide a replacement and disposal service for all
batteries following industry regulations and guidelines.

Our rental periods are offered from one
month upwards and are suitable for any size UPS from 250VA to 200kVA+. We also
provide a decommissioning service of old units. We deliver to site and also
provide effective maintenance services. As part of our UPS rental service we
can also carry out pre-delivery site surveys and full installation and testing

We offer three main service levels:
Bronze: Next working day response, all
travel and labour changeable, all parts chargeable, 24 hour telephone help
line, 1 or 2 preventative maintenance visits included depending on the size of
the unit
Silver: Six hour response to site, all
travel and labour included, all parts chargeable, 24 hour telephone help line,
1 or 2 preventative maintenance visits included depending on the size of the
unit.
Gold: Six hour response to site, all travel
and labour included, all parts included, 24 hour telephone help line, 1 or 2
preventative maintenance visits included depending on the size of the unit.

We also provide a load bank testing
service. This testing is carried out to discover whether all components in the
system are working together as they should and will work as intended in the case
of supporting a critical load. This is an optional service as part of our
commissioning and maintenance procedures but one that proves effective
nonetheless. Through our load bank testing we can identify potential weaknesses
under controlled conditions. Benefits not only include the commissioning of new
power support systems but also on existing systems to improve the integrity of
the UPS and the entire electrical infrastructure.

Standby generators provide long term back
up during power failures. A UPS will be protected by battery for a certain
amount of time but in the event of prolonged power failure a stand-by power
generator is the answer. We provide customers with complete services including
supply, installation and commissioning of turnkey UPS/ Standby generator sets.
We can also provide full system tests, and optional extras including increased
fuel tank capacity, remote alarm, remote dial out, bunded fuel tank and

The Riello Galatrek Dialog Active-Rack features
a 19inch rackmount UPS for the power protection of small to medium sized file
servers, keyphone systems and point of sale back off systems. The series
features 500VA, 750VA, 1500VA and 2000VA models that use digital line
interactive (VI) technology as well as an Automatic Voltage Stabiliser (AVS) to
stabilise sags, surges and brownouts and EMI filters to suppress transients,
spikes and electrical noise. Extended run times up to and over seven hours can
be created by over sizing the UPS or adding battery extension packs with extra
chargers where appropriate.

The Riello Galatrek Dialog Plus-R
Uninterruptible Power Supply series features the 700VA, 1000VA, 1500VA, 2200VA
and 3000VA models. The Dialog Plus S models feature internal batteries while
the Dialog Plus ER models are supplied with a large internal charger. Both
models can be supplied with battery extension packs. Other features include
high level immunity to surges, auto restart on mains return, power factor
correction with sinusoidal input to ensure low impact on the mains supply, easy

The Dialog Dual UPS is available in
3300-6000VA models and uses double conversion on-line technology (VFI) with
various operating modes. When the model is in on-line mode the load is powered
continuously by the inverter to remove sags, surges and breakouts. If the mains
power fails the inverter uses power from the internal battery for complete
protection. Other features include digital controls, use of IMS (Insulated
Metallic Substrates), status/ measurements and alarms available on the standard
backlit display, reliable battery performance, back-feed protection, increased
short circuit current on the by-pass, and extendable back-up time using
additional extension packs or trays.

The Master Dialog RM (8-20kVA) – RT (10-200kVA)
features UPS series on-line technology (VFI) with an isolation transformer on
the output of the inverter. The load is powered continuously by the inverter to
remove sags, surges and brownouts in on-line mode via EMI filters. The Master
Dialog 100 – 200kVA features an additional Eco-Mode to allow the UPS to power

The Multi Dialog Uninterruptible Power
Supply Series is widely used by computer and telecoms users who require a
