The textile (available in a choice of 8 colours) consists of high quality polyamide 6.6 fibres - multi-filaments capture moisture whilst the mono-filaments work as tough scrapers against dirt particles. Milliken Forma is manufactured in modules allowing any size or shape of mat-well to be fitted with the minimum of waste.
Damaged sections of milliken Forma can be replaced by changing only the individual tiles and not the complete unit as with other systems. - Nuway Tuftiguard Entrance Matting - Nuway Tuftiguard by Forbo has the durability, strength and structural integrity to deliver excellent performance and appearance retention in very heavy traffic locations and where high levels of soil have to be removed from the soles of shoes and wheeltreads.
Each tuftiguard mat is assembled using aluminium (100% recycled), brass or PVC scraper bars, and buffed or unbuffed prime rubber and polyamide fibre composite wiper strips. The wiper strips and scraper bars are assembled in an open or closed construction with high tensile electro galvanised steel wire linkages running through the components to give the mat its structural integrity and superior load bearing capacity.
