As the UK's leading power press provider, we manufacture and sell our own Worcester brand mechanical presses, and we also offer quality Chin Fong presses as well as a wide range of feed equipment. We offer nationwide sales and service with fast response. When you buy a press from us, our sales engineers will help you choose the right equipment for the job, and our service engineers will help make sure it stays in optimal operating condition. We offer new and reconditioned Worcester and Chin Fong presses, and welcome customer visits to our display area with prior arrangement. We specialise in turnkey projects, having provided many hundreds of tailored press packages, including ancillary and feed equipment, load monitoring, tooling and sensing. Our engineers, in cooperation with leading safety companies, have developed an optical guarding arrangement to comply with safety requirements. Our presses are designed and manufactured with quality and customer requirements in mind at all times. Our management system is ISO 9001:2000 accredited, and we are pleased to have held approval since 1993.

We offer 3 ton, 6 ton ad 10 ton bench presses. The 6 ton and 10 ton models are available in standard or geared, and there are two size choices for the 6 ton model.
We also offer Worcester high speed presses and OBI presses as well as our 35 ton servo press. Other Worcester products include our plastic waste granulator and pneumatic scrap cutter.
Our Chin Fong products include C Frame and straight side presses.

The Chin Fong OCP C Frame Single Crank Power Presses are cost-effective solutions featuring user-friendly controls, reduced vibration and noise levels, reduced angular and overall deflection as well as superior strength in a rigid steel frame. Dry clutch and wet clutch models have full length box type 6-point gibs and electronic crank angle indicators.
The A-Type (Wet Clutch) is available in five models, with capacities ranging from 80 to 260 tons. It is controlled via a micro-processor control system. The B-Type (Dry Clutch) is available in six models with capacities ranging from 25 to 110 tons, and is controlled with a programmable logic controller (PLC) operation panel.
The Chin Fong C Frame Single Crank Presses offer quick and convenient die cushion installation and a fast response hydraulic overload protector.

We fully guarantee all new presses and ancillary equipment against defects in material and workmanship for 12 months. We back up this warranty with extensive after-sales service and 24-hour engineer availability.
Proper servicing is vital to the achievement of a long and reliable machine life. To help keep your investment running at optimum efficiency and reliability, we also offer individually tailored service contracts that can include 6 and 12-month services as well as breakdown labour.

We offer a full factory reconditioning service. This includes stripping down presses, checking the parts, and crack testing where required. Then the components are repainted and assembled to original tolerances.
We are always interested in buying used power presses for reconditioning, and our stock changes. Examples of models we have had in stock recently include the Chin Fong Open Back Compact Power Press G2-200 Model V featuring a capacity of 200 metric tons and a 12-month warranty.
