products. The company was established in 1966 and has seen many developments

Here at Stevenage Glass we hold a
comprehensive range of glass in stock at any one time in order to meet customer
requests quickly and easily. Our glass stock includes 2mm to 12mm float glass
and 2mm to 6mm mirrored glass. All of our glass can be cut to specific sizes
and shapes using our cutting edge computerised cutting benches. We are proud to
be able to provide customers with such a broad range of glass options including
a full range of Pilkington Pattern Glass, Wired and laminated safety glass,
horticultural glass and a range of tinted glass. We can also provide thicker
glass and unusual types of glass on application.

We have also recently invested in a state
of the art Mappi Toughening Plant. This fantastic system enables us to produce
vast amounts of toughened safety glass on site in fast turn around times. In
fact, we now produce 95% of our toughened safety glass on site. This new
department has proven extremely successful and is an essential addition to our
range.

Our double glazed units are manufactured to
British and European Standards and can feature various added decorative
designs, including leaded and Georgian, upon request. We can also provide ‘A’
rated units if required. We supply double glazed windows and doors in various

We are pleased to provide a complete
glazing service to customers within 20 miles of Stevenage. We also provide 24
hour emergency boarding up of windows for broken windows, doors, shop fronts,
lead lights, mirrors, sash windows, security glazing, and double glazing. Our

a range of opals and colours from 3mm to 5mm in thickness. Alongside this, we

Kitchen splashbacks are an effective
coloured glass coating method used to create clean, hard-wearing surfaces. We
use permanent colour coating and computer paint colour-matching technology to

Our sliding mirror doors are manufactured
using high grade aluminium in order to be light but tough and durable at the
same time. They are manufactured from luxurious designs and finished to

coloured and decorative glass as well as 15 types of wood grain panelling to

Our glass blocks provide effective features
in all kinds of settings. We largely provide 190cm x 80cm Flemish blocks along
with mortar and dry frame light fixings but we can also supply other types of
block upon requests. Various coloured blocks are available.

We supply a wide range of shower doors and
glass walls. These are supplied with hinges, clamps and seals ready for
installation and 6mm, 8mm and 10mm toughened glass is also available. Glass can

Secondary double glazing is an effective
solution for reducing noise, reducing heat loss, reducing condensation and
eliminating draughts. Our high quality secondary double glazing units fit on
the inside of the existing window and are available as hinged or fixed units,
horizontal sliding, vertical sliding or lift-out units. Secondary double
glazing is more often than not a cost effective alternative to the complete replacement
of windows.
