The internationally recognised Automatic Tiger Barrier is capable of spanning a roadway of up to seven metres in width, and operates using either a 415 volt or 240 volt power supply. The hand-prepared, shot-blasted and plastic coated framework is not only aesthetically pleasing, but also extremely weather resistant. That’s why we offer a 3 year anti-corrosion guarantee! The moving parts of the internal drive mechanism are all zinc plated, and we also fit an automatic lubricating system to the drive screw – both of these features improve the performance and prolong the life of the mechanism. Our automatic Cheetah barriers are probably the most reliable and versatile parking barriers on the market, spanning road widths from 2 metres right up to 10 metres - with an operating time as low as 0.7 seconds! These barriers are supplied with a choice of control from a number of microprocessor based units, allowing every conceivable mode of operation. Standard controllers enable impulse opening and closing, time programmed closing, capacity counting, barrier cycle counting, traffic direction sensing, and obstruction sensing. ‘Stop’ and ‘No Entry’ signs are fitted to the boom as standard.

Motivation (Traffic Control) Ltd provide a complete range of card reading systems, offering the end user every conceivable option when designing or upgrading traffic control systems. Reader heads are protected with a vandal-resistant steel enclosure which is attached to a fully welded post. The cables that power and communicate with the reader run through the hollow section of this post for protection against tampering.
