Formaplex Machining is a young dynamic tool making facility based in Havant Hampshire UK.
Since its foundation in 2001 Formaplex has focused its investment on unique high speed milling technology comprising RTM software and 10 high speed cnc milling centres including a 5 axis machine. This together with the recent installation of two new Negro Bossi injection moulding machines enables Formaplex to provide quality tooling and injection mouldings to very tight commercial timing constraints.........tooling is produced from just 3 days.

Formaplex supplies tooling solutions to customers across a range of industries including: F1 Motor sport, Automotive, Telecoms, Domestic / Industrial Products and Medical.
Formaplex has provided single injection moulds through to complex suites of tooling for entire projects. Injection moulding projects ranging in size from very small electrical connectors for telecommunications through to large car dashboards for the automotive industry have been completed ……….fast.
