Electroplating &
Polishing
We use a range of equipment for our electroplating service. For zinc plating we
use vat lengths of up to two metres for piece parts alongside meter wide barrels
on the automatic barrel line. Our post treatments include clear, yellow, olive
drab or bronze passivation as well as polysilicate sealing. We offer copper and
nickel plating for cat and barrel work with vat lengths of up to two meters and
a 0.5 meter barreling for smaller components. For our bright or black chromium
service we can process raw components and strip existing deposits. We polish
where necessary and reprocess parts. Duplex nickel coatings are available as
part of the chromium multi-layer system.

Anodising
We use some of the latest technology to
provide our customers with a high quality anodizing service. We have the
facilities for sulphuric anodizing as well as the dying of aluminium. We are
currently able to offer coloured anodizing in blue, black, red and gold in
lengths of up to 2.5 meters. Our process list include anodizing natural/ matt,
anodizing coloured, aluminium etching, aluminium/ alocrom 1200, and aluminium
