We operate from the heart of Staffordshire, meaning we are easily accessible from the M6 and other major road networks.
With a state-of-the-art 12000ft+ facility, we can manufacture quickly and cost-effectively, without ever compromising quality. A versatile, highly-experienced, expert workforce can produce batches from several thousand small components to low quantity medium and large sized components.
Most of our technicians have over 25 years experience in a variety of fields, and this means Stafford Engineering Services can deal with almost all your machining and fabricating needs. We are ISO: 9001:2008 accredited, and all of our products are guaranteed to be defect free.

Fabrication
Thanks to an excellent facility, Stafford Engineering Services is able to take on small to medium fabrications and weld assemblies up to 5 Tonnes. We also offer TIG welding services (specialising in stainless steel, aluminium and copper), as well as Mig and manual Arc welding services. All of our fabricators are TUV approved to the European standards required for manufacturing aluminium stage and truss. Our fabricating services do not end there: Using our Oxy-Acetylene (flame cut) burner, we are able to manually cut steel. If requested, we can also CNC flame cut profiles according to your specifications. A comprehensive range of punches, presses, folding machines and guillotines means we can take on almost any challenge.
