Southern Care Maintenance supplies, installs and services a range of access control systems. These are used to control the comings and goings of staff and/or clients in and out of a building or area. Access control systems can be operated using simple keypads or more advanced PC based systems that cover multiple entrances and exits.

We also supply, install and service a selection of high quality fire alarm systems. They include conventional fire alarm systems which comply with BS 5839 pt 4 1988, addressable fire alarms systems designed for a larger buildings where the fire needs to be pinpointed, and two wire fire alarm systems, which use only a pair of cables that have smoke detectors, manual fire alarm call points and sounders connected.
