We have for many years been supplying the food industry with an overlabelling service for cartons and assembly of multipacks for promotions. This has allowed us to develop an experienced team of operatives able to label assemble and pack a wide range of different products. Our is a dynamic company energized by significant investment in people plant and processes. We are motivated by continuous improvement and always pay attention to minute details we rigorously adhere to our accredited hygiene and quality standard. We were the first trade finisher to become hygiene accredited with the BRC/IoP scheme and remain one of only two print finishing companies to have this accreditation. This standard encompasses a complete quality monitoring protocol which is externally audited annually.
JPS offers a complete service to all printers from die cutting on a BOBST 102CE to window patching on either of our 2 twin lane Heiber and Schroeder window patchers or auto gluing on one of 2 Jagenberg 105 gluers these are capable of most gluing techniques e.g 6 corner and 4 corner gluing crashlock gluing 12 3 and 4 panel CD/DVD cases concertina fold gluing etc.. We also have 2 Heiber and Schroeder carton erectors for taper sided cartons and clams. To complete the service we also have a flat bed labeller and a dedicated hand finishing department ready to undertake a very wide selection of tasks from collating banding contract packing overlabelling rectification and any other hand finishing operations
To conclude we offer an extensive range of services at an economical price as print finishers we compete with printers own in-house facilities and because of our skills and pricing structures we continue to flourish in a difficult market place
