Simonswerk UK Ltd supplies a range of 3D adjustable concealed hinges. The award winning TECTUS hinges are suitable for heavy duty doors with claddings of up to 8mm. The height adjustment properties of TECTUS hinges of up to +/-3 mm means the door can be aligned easily and sagging can be avoided. The TECTUS range of hinges are available in various high quality surface finishes such as stainless steel effect, F1-powder-coated, F2-powder-coated, polished nickel and polished brass.

The Samson range of high performance hinges are suitable for heavy weight flush doors and the new SAMSON TriTech has concealed bearings. They are tested to BS EN 1935 Grade 14 & 12 respectively and come with a 25 year performance guarantee.
We also supply CE marked hinges which are suitable for 1 hour and ½ hour fire and escape door sets. These are supplied with intumescent pads. Our Samson hinges are available in a range of standard finishes: self colour, polished and lacquered, satin brass and lacquered, satin chromium plate, polished chromium plate, satin nickel plate, polished nickel plate, imitation bronze metal antique. We also supply a range of Samson hinges in special finishes: antiques bronze, copper bronze, pewter and black chrome. These can all be supplied with the appropriate fixing screws if required.

The Variant VX range contains universal hinge systems to be used on heavy-duty doors. These systems are characterised by high load capacities of up to 300kg. Variant VX hinges boast maintenance-free slide bearing technology and have the facility for three dimensional adjustment on permanently fixed doors. Variant VX hinge systems are elegant in appearance and also offers the facility for three-dimensional adjustment on a permanently fixed door. The large number of receiver elements from the VARIANT VX product range enables an extremely variable usage range with exceptionally simple adjustment options. Hinges from the VARIANT VX range are suitable for unrestricted use on fire doors.

Our Columbus 3D adjustable hinges are easily adjustable to the door position in all three directions with a height of +/-3mm Side +/-2mm and Depth +/- 4mm. They are designed to be quick and easy to mount and are maintenance free. There is an optional security device for outward opening doors and the Millennium version also benefits from having concealed bearings. The Columbus range of hinges is available in various different finishes such as brass, polished chrome, antique gilded, stainless steel, satin, nickel, powder coated colours (silver, white, black, brown, gold). We are also happy to discuss other finish options you may require.
