Selective Soldering

We supply a range of KISS (Keep It Simple Soldering) products manufactured by A.C.E. Selective Soldering Systems – leading manufacturer of selective soldering systems in the United States.

The specifications and features of the KISS range differ to suit various industry requirements. Systems have been developed to simplify the soldering process of attaching through hole electronic components onto printed circuit boards that also have surface mount components attached to the under side.

Features include; interchangeable drop in nozzles, mounted precision X/Y axis control plus Z height movement and an over head laser positioning system for easy alignment and pin point positioning of the solder joint. These compact systems can solder down to 1.5mm spacing between components. All models are available as table top units, stand alone or inline.

Ultrasonic Stencil Cleaning

We also supply Gensonic Portable Ultrasonic Cleaning systems. These are constructed to fit in all work spaces – either offline, on work benches, or in a stand alone Stencil Cleaning Centre. The stencil apertures can also be taken to stencil printers to be cleaned and thus eliminating the need to reset and calibrate the printer. The robust Gensonic GS 500 has a range of high quality features such as direct 'on contact'  ultrasonic cleaning to remove solder particles, is suitable for both stainless or plastic stencils and mesh screens, can be used with solder paste, SMD adhesive and metalised inks and uses minimum quantities of fluids.
