You may simply know us as a leading manufacturer of diamond tools, however, Marcrist has developed over the last twenty-six years from a small company that revitalised the marketing of bonded abrasives, pioneered surface preparation equipment and developed remote operated machinery for the nuclear, chemical and offshore industries.
This journey started in 1979 through to the present day; by the time you reach the end we are certain that you will have "experienced the difference".
When you think of customer service most people think of some call centre far removed from the hustle and bustle of the manufacturing process. Not at Marcrist!
Situated alongside the warehouse and manufacturing plant Marcrist’s experienced personnel and state of the art computer system ensures not only order entry and product enquiries are quick and easy but that customers can choose a variety of ways to place an order and even how they receive invoices!
Although many transactions are carried out the traditional way via telephone Marcrist also use fax, EDI (electronic data interchange) and for account holders, online ordering via the Marcrist website.
Your orders are generally despatched same day allowing next working day delivery and/or timed deliveries - it’s your choice! Special delivery services are available for those far away places in the extremities of the UK, mainland Europe and beyond.
